Business License Information
If you plan to operate a business in the state of Georgia, you must obtain a business license. The fee for a license is contingent on the location, type and size of your business. Fees range based on gross receipts or the number of employees. In addition, most license offices will impose an administrative fee starting at $35 or more, and are completely dependent on what business you will be in and where your business will be located.
