The Mentorship Program, sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, is designed to support business owners by pairing them with seasoned, successful mentors. Through quarterly meetings, virtual coaching, one-on-one sessions, and more, mentees receive the guidance, resources, and accountability they need to scale sustainably and confidently.

Join us for a special Mentorship Program Open House, where you will hear directly from mentors and mentees participating in the first cohort. Learn how this impactful program is helping local business owners grow their businesses with personalized, one-on-one support.
During the open house, participants will share insights into their journey in the program, including the tools, strategies, and lessons they've learned. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, explore program details, and determine if you are ready to take your business to the next level!
